Dr. Michael T. Conner, CEO and Founder of the Agile Evolutionary Group, has been appointed to the Advisory Board for National AI Literacy Day 2027.
National AI Literacy Day, taking place March 5, 2027, is a national movement dedicated to empowering young people and their communities with the skills to be critical consumers of AI, interrogate its inputs and outputs, and develop lasting discernment. The Advisory Board, comprised of leaders, innovators, learners, parents, and digital citizens, provides year-round guidance to the movement’s Steering Committee and helps shape original programming that reaches every community.
The appointment reflects Dr. Conner’s continued leadership at the intersection of artificial intelligence, education leadership, and equity. A former Superintendent of Schools and the author of Intentional, Bold, and Unapologetic, Dr. Conner works with district leaders across the country to design 22nd-century, AI-centric learning ecosystems for Generation Alpha and Generation Beta.
“AI literacy is not a technology conversation. It is an equity conversation,” said Dr. Conner. “Our responsibility is to build knowledge, not fear, so that every student develops the discernment to interrogate this technology rather than simply consume it.”
